Imagine how I feel that these unprofessional, unsympathetic people ruined my wife's birthday. Her ONLY birthday away from her children and me in 15 years.
The owner of this florist is a DESPICABLE human being with NO feelings about people or the intention of his industry... He should be severely punished by all potential clients boycotting the use of his services.
NO ONE should use this florist EVER! My wife is unfortunately in an in-patient health facility at the moment. I asked that the flowers be delivered by 2 pm on her birthday. They said they couldn't guarantee the time but would do their best. SO, what did they do?????
Imagine for one moment that you have a sick family member, or God forbid, someone that you love dies -- and this owner of this florist, this piece of human garbage, doesn't deliver as promised -- and berates you when you're upset about his inability to provide the services you paid him for to cheer up your family member / or to honor the deceased...
I called back, spoke to the "owner", who proceeded to call me a D*#K and then hung up on me....
How angry would you be????
They didn't deliver at ALL! When I called for two consecutive days to inquire (eventually), then hung up on me.
To top it off -- he has NO customer service skills and is rude, and beyond non-compassionite...
Use another florist -- ANY OTHER florist....
